I’m sitting in Boston Pizza drinking a Rickards Red and thinking about how it compares to the Irish Red Ale I just brewed. Thought I’d pull out the iPhone and let the world know.

This week I transferred my batch of pale ale to the secondary and thought I would share the recipe. The place I buy beer supplies from had a recipe that clones the Okanagan Spring Pale Ale, which has been traditionally my “house beer” until I started brewing beer myself.
